On 17 March 2018, KTS Global produced the Opening Ceremony of the Special Olympics IX MENA Regional Games at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre.
The ceremony brought together more than one thousand athletes from thirty-two nations and included the Flame of Hope lighting and the regional procession of delegations.
Tim Jacobs served as Strategic Advisor and Ceremony Producer. The ceremony preceded and informed the architecture of the Special Olympics World Games Abu Dhabi 2019.
